Since this is a politically charged year, I decided to wear a Guy Fawkes mask from V for Vendetta for Halloween. In both the film and graphic novel, the Guy Fawkes mask has been used to symbolize the fall of a totalitarian regime. With the 2020 election around the corner, the possibility exists that Trump’s atrocious four year long reign of terror, incompetence, and corruption is almost over. Therefore, I will wear this mask both on Halloween and on the day of the election.
It seems like fate that I had the most horrifying nightmare I ever had on Halloween night. As I slept, I had visions of a darkened sky enveloped by smoky clouds. I was standing alone amidst a ravaged and dead land. The ground is cracked so wide that the Earth’s core glowed brightly through the cracks. In the distance, the screams and shrieks of unholy creatures could be heard through the flames gushing into the atmosphere. Something big was lurking in those clouds, but most of it is obscured by the clouds and smoke. Every so often, the beast’s flaming tentacles would emerge from the haze, spraying fiery debris on the ruined landscape. The ground shook violently as the abomination in the sky roared. As the clouds part, I catch a glimpse of the chaotic entity before waking up. I have NEVER been that frightening by a nightmare before! I will definitely draw inspiration from it for my future cosmic horror short story. Happy Halloween!
Here is a funny video of Jimmy Fallon and Kevin Hart going through the scariest haunted house in New York: Blood Manor! LOL
Happy Post-Halloween, everyone! To show my still-lingering Halloween spirit, allow me to show you my all-time favorite scare prank where a guy literally screams like a little girl. Enjoy!
It has been a fun Halloween this year! Even though I did not wear a costume, I was still terrifying as I jumped at people and emitted two types of evil laughs; one that resembled Chucky and another that is of my own design. I got to greet my neighbors and admire their costumes. As for my horror movie marathon, I watched Victor Frankenstein, Saw, and The Gallows. I go to sleep tonight in a satisfactory mood. Happy Halloween!
This is the costume I will wear on Halloween as I hand out candy to unsuspecting trick-or-treaters! Also, I will indulge in a horror movie marathon that includes classics like Hellraiser, Saw, Mimic, and many others. Every Halloween, I feel like I psychological transform into someone darker and scarier like a werewolf during a full moon. The fact that my ancestors invented Halloween through the festival of Samhain could explain why I have a natural affinity for this holiday when ghosts and goblins emerge from the shadows. Happy Halloween!
