Even though I have heard details about my family’s heritage, I will soon take a DNA test in order to receive a completely thorough look at my genetic history. I already know I am Irish, Scottish, Viking, French, Norman, Anglo-Saxon, and Comanche so it will be interesting to find out what other culture I come from. Once I receive the results, I will use the cultures I come from as inspiration for the various factions in my fantasy series. This will be an interesting way for me to make creative use of my heritage, which could prove to be a spiritual experience for me.
