INSPIRATION: THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS

Another common concept that writers draw inspiration from are the seven deadly sins: greed, gluttony, sloth, wrath, lust, pride, and envy. Each one of these sins represents a certain aspect of the negative side of human nature. For my sequel series, which takes place in a futuristic world, I am thinking of creating new supervillains that represent the seven deadly sins. The difficult part is accurately giving them powers that reflect the sin each one represents. Fortunately, I already have established some of their powers, but the rest are more difficult to decide. Also, how would their personalities reflect their respective sins? There is much to contemplate, but I have plenty of time to plan it out.
