I am making steady progress editing volume three. As of today, I am currently editing the tenth chapter and have twenty-six more chapters to go. At the rate it’s going, I estimate that the editing process will be complete by the beginning of December. Also, I am in the process of writing the third chapter of volume four, where the Young Guardians will engage in their first battle in the whole book. Regarding the enemy they will be fighting, I have thoroughly planned out their abilities and how much of a fight they will give the Young Guardians. I am already excited about writing the whole scene and the significance it will represent for the future battles the Young Guardians will fight as the book progresses. I will keep you updated on any further developments.
Along with Triple Ace, Cynthia was assigned to be one of the Young Guardians bodyguards before becoming an official member at the end of the second volume. Cynthia is one of the most complex characters I ever created. The reason for this is because she suffers from split personality disorder, giving her two distinct personalities. One personality is perpetually happy and cheerful even in the most dire situations while the other is cold and harsh. Each of these personalities has its own set of powers, allowing Cynthia to switch personalities, appearances, and power sets in unpredictable situations. The cheerful personality has light-based powers and gives her the appearance of an angel while the harsh personality has shadow-based powers and gives her the appearance of a fallen angel. These traits not only make Cynthia one of the most versatile members of the Young Guardians, but also potentially the most dangerous. The secrets of her traumatic past will be revealed when the third volume is released.
