As the editing process for volume three is taking place, I have just begun the fourth volume of my series. Before I started writing, I planned everything out from the beginning, certain vital scenes, and the ending. Everything else will unfold as I write along. In the fourth volume, desperate times call for desperate measures as the Young Guardians are forced to recruit more heroes into their ranks in order to fend off an alien invasion. What the Guardians do not know is that an old enemy is controlling the aliens and unlikely alliances will have to be made. In future works, the recruits that the Young Guardians encounter will have their own spinoff novel. Also, an even greater demonstration of Vogan’s power will be displayed in this upcoming story. When I started writing my series, I decided that each volume would revolve around a certain aspect of the Young Guardians. Volume one would be about their origins, volume two would be about their inner demons, volume three will be about their limitations, volume four will be about their redemption, and volume five will be about their ascension. I will keep you updated on any further developments as the writing process continues. Wish me luck.
Congrats on the beginning of Volume 4. That’s awesome! 🙂
Wow! well done you. How many pages are there in each volume?
In manuscript form, there are at least 500 pages, but in published form, there are 225 pages per book.
That’s pretty impressive. I’m only a quarter into my second book. I seem to spend an awful lot of time on social networking sites learning the ropes, ha ha.
Good luck Grady. This feels silly compared to what you’ve accomplished, but I managed to write 5 more pages this weekend in what hopefully will be my firs book.
Moving right along, aren’t you? Congrats and good luck!
Definitely good luck – I’m in the thick of doing the self-same thing. Fun, though, isn’t it? It sounds like you are going great. Cheers! 😀
Lotsa luck Grady.
Congratulations, and yeah, good luck.
Congratulations, I hope you continue your great success

Congratulations! !!!
I really need to get cracking and get my stories out. Interesting themes you have for each volume. I am curious about your ascension theme. A theme I have for my superheroes is that they are all human, mostly working stiff, and the best of them keep their feet on the ground. Guess I need to buy more of your books, I liked the first volume!
I am glad you enjoyed the first volume. 🙂 What did you like about it?
Oops, I meant “working stiffs.” Spell check does not always work.
